PURPOSE: A vehicle safety sensing apparatus is provided to offer a front situation to a driver by sensing the front situation. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(1) connects to the speedometer of a vehicle. The sensor senses the deceleration of the vehicle or the stop of the vehicle. A radio wave transmission and reception apparatus(3) transmits predetermined radio wave to a back side. The transmission and reception apparatus of a rear vehicle receives information. The warning unit(4) of the rear vehicle provides warning sound to a driver. The driver of the rear vehicle recognizes a front situation.
