ELECTRICAL CONTACT COUPLING FOR A TRACK-BORNE VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An electrical contact coupling for a tracked vehicle is provided to prevent electrical contact couplings from being damaged when vehicles to be coupled are approached each other because the cross sectional surface of a housing is not entered in a coupled surface until the mechanical coupling of neighboring vehicles are completed. CONSTITUTION: An electrical contact coupling(100) for a tracked vehicle comprises a sealing(3) and a protective flap(4). The sealing encloses at least a part of a coupling housing(1) and a housing opening(2). The protective flap is connected to the coupling housing by joints. The protective flap can be turned on the coupling housing from a first position where the housing opening is covered to around a rotary axis(R) fixed at a second position where the housing opening is exposed.
