PURPOSE: A fault sensing system of an application program based on embedded operating system and a method thereof are provided to support a fault sensing function through a software supporting method by using a primary computer and a shadow computer. CONSTITUTION: A data distribution module(110) transmits data. A primary computer(200) transmits a first message which confirms success of each operation. One or more shadow computers(300) sense fault of the primary computer based on the transmitted first message. A data switching module(120) receives data outputted from the primary computer and the shadow computer. The data switching module transmits received data to outside.
