PURPOSE: A method for managing derived works of art with original works of art is provided to efficiently perform permission for normal derived works and the censorship of derived works damaging original works by easily performing a permission process of the derived works. CONSTITUTION: An original author sets work information and standards for a derived work using an original work of the author through a work registration managing unit(120). The standards are stored in a storage unit(110). A derived work author transmits a permission request to the original author through a derived work permission managing unit(130). The original author sets permission.
