PURPOSE: A coupling structure for interior and exterior panels is provided to simply couple clips to a wall and to easily insert interior and exterior panels into panel clamping portions of the clips. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of interior and exterior panels comprises panels(10), clips(20), and spacer bars. Each panel is composed of front and rear panel plates(13,14). The front and rear panel plates have multiple partition walls(11) and spaces(12). The clips connect the top and bottom of the panels. Each clip has a flange portion(21) and a panel clamping portion(22). The flange portion is coupled to a wall(1). The panel clamping portion clamps the top and bottom of the panel. The spacer bars are composed of a rubber material and are inserted between the panels to couple the panels to the wall.
