PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the solar cell lighter and reduce manufacturing costs by eliminating one of two substrates. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode layer(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A buffer layer(300) is formed on the transparent electrode layer. A light absorption layer(400) is formed on the buffer layer. A rear electrode layer(500) is formed on the light absorption layer. A protective layer(600) made of EVA materials is formed on the rear electrode layer. |
