PURPOSE: A spunbond unwoven fabric for an insulator of a secondary battery is provided to be effectively used as the insulator of a secondary battery, and to have the tensile strength required for a production process while also having porosity for easy penetration of an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A spunbond unwoven fabric for an insulator of a secondary battery is a polyester long fiber unwoven fabric. The fabric consists of polyester filaments. The polyester filament consists of different polymers. The polymer consists of a polymer with a low melting point and a polymer with a high melting point. The polymer with a low melting point is melted at a temperature 30-40°C lower than the polymer with a high melting point. The unwoven fabric is molded through a calendar and embossing heat fusion. A core of the fabrics comprises polyethylene terephthalate.
