PURPOSE: A mobile content advertising system and a method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of advertising and publicity by improving the real-time performance of content reception in a situation that plural contents are simultaneously requested. CONSTITUTION: A code generating unit(110) generates a code and intrinsic content information corresponding to provided contents. Content providing units(120,150) store the contents and the intrinsic content information. The content providing units transmit the contents in response to a content request message. A terminal obtains the code and extracts the intrinsic content information corresponding to the code.
