HEDDLE WITH A THREAD EYE FOR IMPROVED HOLDING OF THE WARP THREAD

PURPOSE: A plastic heddle with a thread eye is provided to ensure low mass and corrosion resistance and to be used in a water jet loom. CONSTITUTION: A heddle for a heddle frame comprises a heddle main body(13). The heddle main body is extended in a longitudinal direction(L) and contains a thread eye(14). The thread eye functions to contains a warp thread. The warp thread passes through the thread eye from the side part(16) of warp inlet to the side part(17) of warp outlet. The warp thread is divided by two thread supporting surfaces(26) of the heddle main body in a longitudinal direction.
