PURPOSE: An apparatus for feeding yarn of a knitting machine is provided to uniformly divide pressing force and to improve lace product quality. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for feeding yarn comprises: a pair of frames(11) protruded to the upper portion of both sides of a knitting machine(1); a driving roller(13) which is rotationally coupled to the frames; a motor(M) for rotating a driving roller; a winding roller(15) which is rotationally coupled to the frames and unwinds yarn by contact with the driving roller; a pair or pressing members which are coupled to the frames for lifting and lowering and presses both ends of the winding roller in a uniform force to the lower direction; and an elastic member for elastically pressing the pressing members in a lower direction. |
