PURPOSE: A user terminal for supplying image data and a black box implementing method using the same are provided to perform a black box function in case a user terminal equipped with a camera is installed on a holder within a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(108) perform photographing operation through control of a camera unit(116) by operation of a black box mode. The control unit stores the photographed image data in a memory(104). An image processing unit(118) analyzes whether to display the photographed image according to mist, back-light, night time light, or rain. The control unit performs filtering of the displayed image.
