摘要 PURPOSE: A gas sensor of a high temperature exhaustion environment is provided to form spring arms applying elastic force between a sensor element and an insulating body in one side of a terminal and simply perform an electrical connection task between a contact point part and the sensor element by the elastic force of the spring arms. CONSTITUTION: A gas sensor of a high temperature exhaustion environment comprises a housing(10), a gas inlet port(20), and a connector(30). The connector comprises a metal shield(31), an insulating body(32), and a conductive terminal(35). One end part of the metal shield is joined to one end part of the housing and a packing member is installed in the other end part of the housing to be sealed. The insulating body is installed in the inside of the shield and has a hollow portion in inside. The terminal is electrically connected to the sensor element. A spring arm is formed in one end part of the terminal. The spring arm is elastically imposed between the insulating body and terminal, thereby applying the elastic force. A plurality of contact point parts is formed in one side of the spring arm. The contact point part is closely adhered to the outer surface of the element sensor by the elastic force of the spring arm.
