ANTENNA USING FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An antenna using a flexible printed circuit board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing time by changing a raw material and simplifying the structure of an antenna substrate. CONSTITUTION: An antenna using a flexible printed circuit board comprises a first substrate(D1), a circuit layer(F), and a second substrate(D2). A first adhesive layer is formed between the first substrate and the circuit layer. A second adhesive layer is formed between the second substrate and the circuit layer. An adhesive tape layer(A) is formed on a lower part of the first substrate. A plating layer(H) is formed on the top of a terminal part(F') into a single layer or a multi layer according to need. The first substrate is made of a material having ductility and an insulating property. The first substrate functions as a supporter for the flexible printed circuit board.
