PURPOSE: A terminal including an additional password and control method thereof are provided to prevent adolescents from connecting to unwanted programs by enabling a main user to restrict rights of sub-users. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(240) stores ID(Identification), a main password, an additional password, and configuration information. The additional password belongs to the main password. The configuration information corresponds to the main password and the additional password. A control unit(230) receives the pass word and ID inputted by an input unit. The control unit loads the configuration information corresponding to the ID and the password. The control unit displays the load configuration information to a display unit.
