PURPOSE: A heat exchanger freeze protection control system for a water resource heat pump is provided to reduce energy costs for cooling and heating by heating water resources inputted into the water resource heat pump beforehand. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(20) transmits heat energy to a heat pump(40). An antifreeze circulation pump(31) is installed in an antifreeze circulation pipe(30). An air conditioner(41) is installed in the heat pump. Hot water is stored in an inside heat storage tank. A third switching valve(63) is formed between an original water routing pipe(10) of an inflow side and an outflow side. A temperature sensor is additionally installed at the inflow side of the original water routing pipe.
