PURPOSE: An automatic pipe mixer is provided to separately rotate a screw in a pipe mixer using flowing water power in the pipe mixer. CONSTITUTION: Germicides(04,05) are inserted into raw water(01) using an injector(07) through micro control valves(04-1,05-1). When the germicide passes through an automatic pipe mixer(06), screws(06-1~06-4) are rotated using the flowing water power of the raw water. The screws are rotated in a clockwise direction. The screws are rotated in an anticlockwise direction. The water of the automatic pipe mixer is mixed with the germicide using the rotation of the screw.
