LIQUID LOESS WALLPAPER COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A rubbing type liquid loess wallpaper composition is provided to maximize the effects of loess and to improve adhesiveness of loess by mixing paper mulberry power with the loess. CONSTITUTION: A rubbing type liquid loess wallpaper composition comprises 60-79 wt% of loess mixture, 1-10 wt% of Broussonetia Kazinoki powder, and 20-30 wt% of liquid water solution. The loess mixture comprises 70-90 wt% of loess sediment having water content percentage of 85-95% and 10-30 wt% of diatomaceous earth. The liquid water solution comprises 0.5-3 wt% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC), 5-10 wt% of propylene glycol(PG), 1-5 wt% of turpentine, and 72-88.5 wt% of water. The liquid water solution additionally includes 5-10 wt% of modified starch for quick drying. A manufacturing method of rubbing type liquid loess wallpaper composition comprises the following steps: filtering loess from a mixed solution including loess and water in a loess filter; storing the filtered loess in a settling tank(200) and collecting the precipitated loess.
