PURPOSE: A fermented product using bamboo oil and a producing method thereof are provided to treat diabetes and atopic syndromes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a fermented product using bamboo oil comprises the following steps: mixing bamboo oil, yeast, black sugar, pine leaves, and aloe in a weight ratio of 5:0.1:1:1:1 in a crock; fermenting the mixture at 30 deg. C for 7 days; and aging the fermented mixture at 30 deg. C for 30 days.
