PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the lifetime by lessening each stress of an organic light emitting device, a first inorganic layer and a second inorganic layer having internal stress. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) includes glass, resin or metal. A wiring section(200) includes first and second thin film transistors. An organic light emitting device(300) emits light according to a signal transmitted from the wiring section. A thin film sealing layer(400) is located on the substrate across the organic light emitting device. The thin film sealing layer seals the organic light emitting device and the substrate.
