PURPOSE: A touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase degradation of visibility of a display device by reduction of surface reflection ratio. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive layer(322) is formed on a first side of a first transparent substrate(321). A transparent adhesive layer(323) is formed on the transparent conductive layer. A second transparent substrate is formed on the transparent adhesive layer. A first reflection preventing layer(325A) is formed on the second transparent substrate. A second reflection preventing layer is formed on a second side of the first transparent substrate.
