<p>PURPOSE: A control device of a continuously variable automatic transmission mounting vehicle is provided to reduce shifting time by determining power transmission conditions of low transmission control. CONSTITUTION: A continuously variable automatic transmission(4) comprises a primary pulley, a secondary pulley, and a power transmission element(44). The power transmission element is wound around the primary pulley and the secondary pulley. A rubbing fastening component(31) is mounted on a driving power transmission system from a driving source. Power transmission state of the rubbing fastening component is controlled by fastening power control. A vehicle stop determination element determines whether a vehicle is stopped or not.
