PURPOSE: A semiconductor pickup device and a utilization method thereof are provided to pick up different kinds of semiconductors accepted in a tray of various sizes with a method which simply replacing an absorption frame. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor pickup device picks up semiconductors of one column from a tray accepted storing sections of a plurality of columns at a time. Housing of bottom opening type is connected to a vacuum source. A porous plate covers the opened bottom of the housing and absorbs the semiconductors of one column by vacuum absorption through a plurality of pores. |
