LACTOBACILLUS PARAFARRAGINIS STRAIN HAVING DEODORIZATION ACTIVITY AND WATER PURIFICATION ABILITY IN EEL FARM AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A Lactobacillus parafarraginis with a function of purifying water in an eel farm is provided to deodorize ammonium smell in livestock and toilet. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus parafarraginis strain(KACC 91710P) has functions of deodorizing and water purification in an eel farm. A microorganism formulation for deodorization and water purification in the eel farm contains the strain or culture thereof as an active ingredient. A method for manufacturing the microorganism formulation comprises a step of culturing the strain. A method for deodorization comprises a step of treating a wastewater disposal plant, livestock, or toilets with the strain or culture thereof.
