PURPOSE: A network access method based on a network service provider and apparatus thereof are provided to improve network access performances by considering of the signal quality of a channel and network service provider ID(Identification). CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception unit(310) transmits and receives signals. A control unit(320) writes a channel list for searching a channel based on the priority of the network service provider ID. When the channel signal quality is more than a signal standard value, the control unit tries a network to contact to the channel.
