PURPOSE: A transportable facility with an aerial cable and a maintenance vehicle is provided to facilitate the maintenance work of a pylon. CONSTITUTION: A transportable facility with an aerial cable and a maintenance vehicle comprises a maintenance vehicle(1) having a gondola(4) and a ladder plate(6). The gondola is loaded on a suspended rod(5) connected by a fastener(9) to a cable(2). The ladder plate is loaded on the suspended rod. A guide rod(11) is provided to one end of the maintenance vehicle. The guide rod is fixed on the ladder plate and is connected to the cable. The ladder plate has a flexible structure in a displacement direction of the maintenance vehicle and is turnably loaded on the suspended rod to form a joint bascule.
