OFFSHORE SUPPORT STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

An offshore structure and a method of manufacturing the offshore structure are described. The offshore structure includes leg structures connected by a cross braces. The cross braces are secured to leg can nodes of the leg structures with low temperature techn iques (e.g., grouting or swaging) that miniirnize disruption to any corrosion resistant surface treatments ofthe leg structures or cross braces. Tn this respect, surface treatrnents may be applied to components of the offshore structure prior to assembly. Also disclosed are various structures of cross pjece nodes that may interconnect cross braces that support adjacent leg structures.
