SYMBOL TIMING OFFSET SYNCHRONIZING APPARATUS HAVING LOW SIZE AND DESIGN METHOD

PURPOSE: A symbol timing offset synchronizer including a low area structure and design method thereof are provided to convert a filter coefficient in to a CSD(Canonic Signed Digit) type filter by converting a direct type filter structure into a pre-form direct type filter structure. CONSTITUTION: A direct type filter structure is converted into the pre-form direct type filter structure. The filter coefficient of the pre-form direct type filter structure is converted into a CSD(Canonic Signed Digit) type. The filter structure is redesigned based on the CSD type coefficient. The training symbols of the pre-form direct type filter structure are displayed as complement on two. The training symbols are converted into the CSD type.
