PURPOSE: An operating device of a working machine is provided to prevent the mal-operation of an operating lever by operating a PTO clutch and a differential apparatus through a single operating lever. CONSTITUTION: An operating device of a working machine comprises a motor unit for moving, a motor unit for working, and an operating lever(4). The motor unit for moving comprises a differential apparatus(30) and transfers the power transferred from an engine(11) to a moving apparatus(13). The motor unit for working comprises a PTO clutch(31) and transfers the power to a working apparatus(2). The operating lever is connected to the differential apparatus and the PTO clutch.
