PURPOSE: A light emitting panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a light emitting device are provided to produce radiation of multi-colors by forming a layer including an organic compound of luminosity of a first light emitting element, a second light emitting element, and a third light emitting element with same process. CONSTITUTION: A first light emitting element(110) comprises a layer(103) including a reflective film(111a), a semi-reflection layer, and an organic compound. The layer is placed between an optical control layer(113a) and a pair of electrodes(101a,101b). A second light emitting element(120) comprises a layer including a reflective film(111b), a semi-reflection layer, and an organic compound. A third light emitting element(130) comprises a layer including a reflective film(111c), a semi-reflection layer, and an organic compound. |
