CUTTING JET TYPE DISPENSER USING PRESSURIZED AREA AMPLIFIED DISPLACEMENT

PURPOSE: A cutting jet type dispenser with pressurized area amplified displacement is provided to increase the discharge of the dispenser by amplifying the displacement of a plunger. CONSTITUTION: A cutting jet type dispenser with pressurized area amplified displacement includes a housing(10), a jetting part(20), a bimorph type piezoelectric element(30), a controlling part(40), an amplifying chamber(A1), a diaphragm(50), and a plunger(60). The jetting part includes a droplet introduction path(21) and a nozzle(22). The controlling part applies electric filed signals to the piezoelectric element in order to control the displacement of the piezoelectric element. The amplifying chamber is formed at the lower side of the piezoelectric element. The amplifying chamber is filled with liquid. The diaphragm is installed in the amplifying chamber and transfers the displacement of the piezoelectric element below the diaphragm through the amplifying chamber. One end part of the plunger is connected to the lower side of the diaphragm and vertically moves along the nozzle by displacement of the diaphragm.
