PURPOSE: A control circuit for controlling a power conversion circuit, an inverter device including the control circuit, and an interconnection inverter system including the inverter device are provided to reduce switching loss by periodically stopping the switching of a switching element. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit controls the driving of a plurality of switching means in a power conversion circuit by a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal. The PWM signal outputs an AC voltage waveform of the power conversion circuit to continuously maintain a predetermined lower voltage value during a predetermined period. The PWM signal outputs an AC voltage waveform of the power conversion circuit to continuously maintain a predetermined upper voltage value during other predetermined period.
