PURPOSE: A laser therapy device and a control method of the same are provided to allow operators to know about bleeding by checking the occurrence of bleeding in real time. CONSTITUTION: A laser therapy device comprises a laser projecting unit(130), a picturing unit(140), an image processing unit, a data storage module, and a determining unit. The picturing unit records a surgical operation region with a laser irradiating unit. The image processing unit processes the recorded images. The data storage module stores the data processed in the image processing unit. The determining unit compares first image data with second image data in order to determine the occurrence of bleeding at the surgical operation region.
