PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a transmission with a chamber and an inspecting method using the same are provided to perform a performance test while continuously cooling a transmission to be inspected at predetermined temperature, thereby obtaining a rapid and exact test result with respect to the transmission to be inspected in a given cooling condition. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting a transmission with a chamber comprises a connection unit and a chamber(10). The connection unit is connected to a transmission to be detachable. The chamber is closed the transmission connected to the connection unit from outside. The transmission comprises a first end part, a first shaft, a second end part, and a second shaft. The first end part is projected in one end surface of the transmission while having steps. The first shaft is projected in the first end part. The second end part is projected in the other end surface of the transmission while having steps. The second shaft is projected in the second end part.
