PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electrolyte membrane for solid oxide fuel cell is provided to minimize reaction between a fuel electrode and LaGaO3-based electrolyte through a room-temperature powder spray coating process, to able to control thickness, and to manufacture electrolyte membrane for low temperature with high ion conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrolyte membrane for solid oxide fuel cell comprises: a step of spreading LaGaO3-based powder on a substrate through a room-temperature powder spray coating process, and additionally a step of heat-treating the manufactured membrane. The heat treatment is conducted at 650-1000 °C for 30-150 minutes. A solid oxide fuel cell comprises a fuel electrode, an electrolyte membrane, and an air electrode in order. An electrolyte membrane is LaGaO3-based electrolyte membrane manufactured by the method. The fuel electrode additionally comprises a fuel electrode support layer and a functional layer. |
