PURPOSE: A panel board monitoring device is provided to inspect the operation state of a circuit breaker and the insulation state of a load line without a special insulation resistance measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A panel board monitoring device is composed of a measuring part(110) and a selecting part(120). The measuring part connects an output terminal, an AC power line, a neutral line and an operation power source to an input terminal. The measuring part protects a circuit from a surge voltage and an AC voltage. The measuring part measures the state of a circuit breaker and outputs a measured state signal through the output terminal. The selecting part receives the measured signal of the measuring unit, selects a circuit breaker to be inspected, and outputs a signal according to the measured state.
