PURPOSE: A dispenser is provided to enable users to reuse the dispenser by refilling an internal container with new contents, and to prevent the decomposition of the contents. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser includes an external container(10), a sealing cap(30), an internal container(40), a cylinder, a valve, a coil spring, a stem, and a spraying cap(90). The coil spring is installed in between the lower side of the valve and the bottom of the cylinder. The lower side of the stem passes through a through-hole on the center of a sealing cap and the upper side of the cylinder, and is combined to a distribution passage. The inner end of the spraying cap includes a spraying nozzle(92) which crosses the distribution passage.
