PURPOSE: A roasted sweet potato sediment and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the long term storage property of the sediment to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a roasted sweet potato sediment comprises the following steps: washing and roasting sweet potatoes at 50-80 deg C for 25-35 minutes, and at 220-240 deg C for 35-45 minutes(S10, S20); removing the skin from the roasted sweet potatoes, and crushing the sweet potatoes(S30, S40); and mixing 70 parts of crushed sweet potatoes by weight, 15 parts of sugar by weight, and 15 parts of starch syrup by weight(S50).
