PURPOSE: A social data analyzing system is provided to reflect evaluations of users for a competitive keyword which is competitively related with an analysis object keyword. CONSTITUTION: An extracting means(21) extracts an emotion word for an analysis object keyword and a competitive keyword from collected writings of users as a sentence unit. A first database(22) stores degree and polarity information of an emotion for the emotion word for the analysis object keyword. A second database(23) stores the degree and polarity information of the emotion for the emotion word for the competitive keyword. A first calculating means(24) calculates an evaluation value for the analysis object keyword. A second calculating means(25) calculates the evaluation value for the competitive keyword.
