PURPOSE: A functional composition for a nutriculture, a nutrient solution cultivation method using the same and a material for preventing and treating various diseases using the same are provided to be used for preventing and treating various diseases by including a Scoria nutrient solution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a functional composition for a nutriculture extracted from Scoria comprises the following steps: (S11) extracting a nutrient solution by mixing Scoria with an acid solution; and (S12) controlling the pH concentration of the nutrient solution to be 5.5-7.0. The step (S11) includes the following step: extracting Scoria by dipping or agitating the Scoria in citric acid for 12-48 hours. The nutrient solution cultivation method of the functional plant comprises the following steps: (S10) preparing a Scoria nutrient solution; (S20) swelling a plant seed in the Scoria nutrient solution; and (S30) cultivating the swelled plant seed by using the Scoria nutrient solution.
