PURPOSE: A cosmetic product containing urethane foam of an ether polymer type is provided to improve reaction stability and to enhance formulation stability, portability, and simplicity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains urethane foam of an impregnated ether polymer type. The urethane foam has a net structure. The density of the urethane foam is 1.0-3.0 pcf. The urethane foam has an open cell structure. The cosmetic composition is a emulsion of W/O type or O/W type. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a makeup primer, makeup base, foundation, skin cover, lip stick, face powder, lip liner pencil, eyebrow pencil, eye shadow, cheek color, compact powder, powder pact, eye brow, blusher, powder foundation, or airless formulation.
