PURPOSE: A conductive paste is provided to be able to replace or reduce conductive powder and content of the conductive powder while securing conductivity, thereby capable of reducing a production cost. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste comprises a conductive component comprising amorphous metal and organic vehicle. The amorphous metal has a specific resistance after crystallization lower than a specific resistance before crystallization. A thickness increasing amount is 30 micron or less and a weight increasing amount is 4mg/cm^2 or less at sintering temperature. An electronic component comprises an electrode comprising a sintered material of the conductive paste. A solar cell comprises a semiconductor layer, and the electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor.
