摘要 PURPOSE: A method and device for improving the accuracy of wrist blood pressure by measuring a multiple bio-signal are provided to improve the accuracy of measuring the wrist blood pressure by simultaneously measuring and analyzing representative factors such as BMI or Korotkoff sound effected on the blood pressure. CONSTITUTION: A cuff applies pressure when the cuff is wound around a wrist. An oscillation signal detector(105) includes a pressure sensor connected to the cuff. The oscillation signal detector detects a pressure signal of the cuff and an oscillation signal generated by the pressure variation of the pressure signal. A Korotkoff sound detector(205) detects a Korotkoff sound signal by connecting a microphone to the connection part between the cuff and the pressure sensor. A calculation processing unit(630) obtains oscillometric blood pressure from the pressure signal and the oscillation signal. The calculation processing unit corrects the oscillometric blood pressure using the Korotkoff sound signal.
