<p>The tool (10) has a handle (11) comprising a reception space (12) to receive a printed circuit board (30). The space has an opening (13) at its end. A heat dissipating seat (20) has a heat dissipation element (21) arranged in the opening, and a support element (22) is connected to the dissipation element. The support element extends in the space. The support element supports the board, and is arranged in contact with heat sources e.g. chips, of the circuit board.
