ANTIBACTERIAL SAFETY BELT FOR CAR AND PROCESS OF PRODUCING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an antibacterial safety belt for an automobile is provided to overcome a problem by the difference of fineness and physical property of hetero fibers and to obtain the safety belt with durability. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an antibacterial safety belt for an automobile comprises: a step of supplying polyester filaments(1) of high strength with 80-120 denier and polyester-based antibacterial filaments(2) of 1-10 denier; a step of interlacing the polyester filaments and antibacterial filaments and preparing a single air texture yarn; a step of performing thermal treatment of the air texture yarn at 170-180 Deg. C.; a step of performing the thermal treatment at 180-200 Deg. C.; a step of winding at 400-500 m/minutes and preparing a polyester air texture yarn; and a step of weaving the polyester air texture yarn.
