PURPOSE: A financial system for safely transmitting financial transaction information, a method for transmitting financial transaction data, a data decoding system, and a method thereof are provided to safely transmit data related to financial transactions by using a multidimensional code and a symmetric encoding/authentication key shared between a portable device of a user and a financial server or a public key and a private key of the user.
