PURPOSE: A head unit for a vehicle, terminal apparatus, system and method thereof are provided to enable a user to download applications in a head unit from a terminal apparatus using near field communication. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(304) communicates with a terminal apparatus. A display unit(302) receives application store service screen information received using the communication unit. The display unit displays an application store service screen. A control unit(300) displays the application store service screen by receiving the service screen from an application store server. The control unit requests for downloading an application selected in the application store service screen to the application store server using the terminal apparatus.
