The device (1) has two primary electrical conductors (2, 3) to be driven by a direct current (DC) and three secondary electrical conductors (4-6) to be driven by an alternating current (AC). The primary and the secondary electrical conductors are partially embedded in an electrically insulating matrix (7) that includes a plastic material and a ferrite. The ferrite is extended to the periphery of each of the primary and secondary electrical conductors, where the matrix includes a recess (8) from which ends (14, 16) of primary and secondary conductors emerge. An independent claim is also included for a compressor.
