The device (1) has a hub (2) including a rotary cam with two balls (9), and another hub (3) with a translation cam. A secondary cable (8) of a clutch rotates the former hub with the rotary cam. A stop cap, an outer ring and diaphragm noses (7) form an integral part of a thrust bearing (4) of the clutch. A hydraulic system (20) improves the operating conditions of the device while controlling the level of wear of the clutch. The system includes a washer inserted between the cap and the outer ring.
