PURPOSE: A transformer is provided to increase output power and efficiency by controlling signal cancellation between a secondary winding and an inductor of a harmonic removing part. CONSTITUTION: A transformer comprises a primary side(110), a secondary side(120), and a harmonic removing part(130). Both ends of a first conductive channel of the primary include a plurality of first conductive channels respectively offered to input terminals of a - signal and a + signal. The both ends(111a,111b,112a,112b) of two first conductive channels(111,112) are connected to a power amplifier(PA). The first conductive channel is connected to the power amplifier formed as a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) type used for a mobile communication terminal. A second conductive channel(121) of the secondary side is formed to be close to one or more first conductive channels. The harmonic removing part is formed between one end(121a) and the other end(121b) of the second conductive channel. The harmonic removing part reduces a third harmonic component of a signal outputted from the second conductive channel in a preset frequency band. |
