The toilet (1) has a bowl (2) and a water tank (3) arranged with a water filling system (6) connected to an external water supply. A connection system (4) is arranged between the bowl and the tank for draining water from the tank to the bowl. A water jet system includes a showerhead (12) and a flexible pipe (13) to spray water on top of the bowl. A T-connector (9), a connection pipe (10), and a control unit e.g. tap (11), supply water to the water jet system from the water filling system, where the tap closes or opens the supply of water.
